Default Science Of Speed Throttle Body

Hey, heard that throttle body mods have a pretty good effect upon turbo'd cars... does anyone have feelings about the science of speed model? it is a bored out oem throttle body, and after the core is returned cost is reasonable.. Any good experiences.... Bad experiences? As far as what i can find it seams like a legitimate alternative to ones more along the 600-700 hundred dollar variety such as the spoon unit. thanks for any input...

I've read some other posts concerning various throttle bodies, my question is a little more specific to the S.O.S. throttle body, and why not have a productive topic?

While i don't know a lot about available tb's i would say the price is pretty good for the horsepower claimed especially for forced induction guys. The S doesn't get a lot of power from bolt-ons as everyone knows. We spend 600 or more for exhaust with similar gains. I say go for it!

A TB can produce some good gains on a FI s2k, however, you need to port match and tune it using at least a emanage. Since your car can get extra air, make sure you have large enough injectors to give the extra fuel too.
