Setting up VAFCII
The thing is:
Say someone has CAI, Testpipe, exhaust Inivida 70mm, and 63mm headers.. and did results say
5000 RPM: -5
6000 RPM: -6
7000 RPM: -7
8000 RPM: -10
9000 RPM: -12
True that he has different engine, he has different ambiance.. but if I try values like -3,-3,-4,-5,-6... shouldn't I be getting a little more HP and still rich enough to stay on the safe side...I know for optimum gain I should get a wideband sensor and tune it.. but just for the moment, since I'm getting the harness for my emanage ultimate soon, though I would like to manipulate the VAFC a little....

How low can we set the VTEC point at for stock AP2?
, but its not worth doing too low as you wont be making enough power on the low cam (so lose power, or less smooth), mine was set at 5200 but thats for my car.

after putting in my header it went down to about 5500 rpms.
with a J's, toda, etc. you can go down even more.
but on a stock car, i wouldn't get too crazy with lowering vtec...and a vafc doesn't have as much adjustability as the e-manage ultimate either.
