I would like to have a round delrin knob with a big tungsten insert
Only seen solid tungsten knobs for sale though and they seem a bit pricey, also maybe a bit to heavy at 2lbs+

Raceseng makes something like that, although very pricey.
Raceseng Orbature - Shift Knob - Honda - 6 Speed Manual

I bought a used PWJDM brass knob instead for ~$30. 1lb as well.

Nice find, never seen those before. Weight seems good but the design not so much.
This with a bit more weight would be perfect Phantom "Hybrid" Shift Knob TWM Performance Shift Knobs

Wow, pricing on these things are insane. Here's another one closer in shape to the TWM:

Time machines will likely be entirely made from CR knobs.

Any good, you ask?!!

The BEST, I say.
Made my day too.

I like a heavy shift knob, it makes shifting so buttery smooth. I went moddiction and I'm super happy because it is countersunk, height adjustable, and looks great. Oem and light shift knobs feel awful once you've tried one with some weight.
