If you can't shift fast with the Moddiction Anvil which weighs something like 400grams, your must have extremely weak arms or wrists.

The heavier knob allows the shifter to fall into gear much more smoothly. I have the Anvil II in a textured black finish, feels and works fantastically.

I still think lighter allows for faster shift, plus seems like the heavy knob takes away some of the mechanical feel of the shifter which Ive grown to like.

+1000000000!!!

and if the sun is ever coming down on your car the knob doesn't get anywhere near as hot as a bare metal shift knob. It can get hot though, but you can stil handle it.

Thanks guys for the responses.

However, it looks like Moddicition is out of the Anvil II with the engraving.

Looks like I'll have to wait a bit.

I should have the Anvil 2 with red engraving in stock this coming week. They are being engraved currently and should be completed any day now.

Can you make a textured black powdercoated anvil 2 with red engraving? I dont see a option for it on the site, I think it would look cool.

Unfortunately no. I can powder coat it textured black but can't fill in the engraving red after.
