Hi all,

what's the "popular" modification to shorten the throw of the shifter? Are short shifters easy to be had and installed? Or are most people just shortening the gear lever?

I did a search and discovered that a lot of owners will purchase a "sunk?" shift knob? What are popular shift knobs that will allow me to screw it in deeper, thus lowering the height of the shift knob?

i used an ARC Ti-Ball Knob

 

yeah, i have ricks and i love it. makes a huge difference.

my only complaint is that i wish it was heavier

 

 

but i wanna save weight!!! >.<

 

Rick's knob FTW. Shortens the throws just enough and fits good in the hand.

 

The option to custom engrave is pretty cool too.

tooo muchhhh. haha but yeah, ricks is definitely worth it for 40 bucks.
