the cars with the silver bezel come with the non-silver door stock...flows fine. Black bezel, silver bezel with a silver or black/blue/tan/red door...either looks just fine.

As for the shifter surround, 00-01 cars have the silver underneath the black paint...that looks VERY classy when you do it right. I wet-sanded mine on my 01 when the paint flaked off...looked very close to brushed aluminum afterward.

02-03 shifter surrounds are black underneath the "silver" paint. Same console design, but the shifter surround is different. The 00-01 console is superior IMO.
