I'm about to get an RSG single diagonal with bulkhead replacement and lower harness bar (will be doing several HPDE events and maybe TT at some point!)

I understand that all plastics will have to go, including the stock hoops, and I'm completely fine with that. I was wondering though if there is a way to make that rear console look a little cleaner, not a big fan of the bare metal showing and those "colorful" seatbelt reels.

Has anyone seen or have pictures of a clean install that may be using some light carpeting or other tricks to make the rear console look decent? Car will be used on the road from time to time, and yes I will be adding padding material, seats & harness

It is possible to keep the rear console and keep HALF the tray in the secret compartment.







Also trimmed the softtop tray and end plastic pieces around the harddog rollbar.
