This might sound like a stupid question, but I have no idea - where are the exhaust silencers? I just bough a pre-owned Skunk2 Mega Power exhaust, and its DAMN loud - I looked up the tail pipes and don't see anything that looks removable - I can only assume they're already out?

silencers should have 2 nuts that hooks up to the tail of your mufflers if there isn't any nuts there on the mufflers then you don't have silencers.

 

Thats what I thought - dammit - now I have to try get the guy to send them to me.

 

Arent most silencers an option vs. included with exhaust?

 

No clue - I see they're around $50 a piece separate.

 

No, most are supplied.

 

Found them - they managed to get wedged under the box flaps.

 

I have the skunk2 cat back and put the baffles in. I'm old and like the sound, but it was wicked....

now i can drive to work and actually hear things for the first hour

 

Yeh - without them its unbearably for daily use - and I'm not too old - 29. I'd probably like the silenced sound with the roof down.
