I have a 2003 s2k last year of the ap1 if Im correct but anyways my question is this I need a new soft top cause mine is torn but going through the pictures on the different forums I see thereare 2 different size glass windows for the soft top one is a whole lot bigger than the other is that an option or did they all of a sudden start making them bigger......the cars that im looking at are all ap1 body style

 

there's no other sizes for the glass window....MY99-MY01 has plastic window which is bigger than the glass ones and thats prolly the one your seeing

correct about the 2 different sizes, but one is a plastic and other is glass.

Ap1 00-01- plastic back
Ap1 02-03 glass back.
Ap2 04-09 glass back.
