most ecu's are tuned for intake/header/exhaust so if you dont plan on getting a header or a exhaust then i wouldnt buy it

i have a spoon header and K&N filter without exhaust change, it is awsome when u rev it 7000 to 8000 rpm to the end, u feel it different(but not alot)....also the miles go really bad from 260 drop to 230/240(full tank as 10 gals) i would say go for Mugen exhaust is the best way to go...ECU useless without blah blah blah...
