Default Spoon header

Just finished installing the spoon header and drove about 7-8 miles. Maybe it's me but I don't feel a difference. Any ideas?

Well first off...I think you can expect somewhere around 5-10 hp for that mod and that's still pretty hard to detect on the but dyno...expecially if the power was gained in midrange...

Also...I think this is debatable...but try resetting your ecu and letting the computer relearn the fuel settings with the new header...I don't know just an idea.

I've heard several posters say that the s2k ECU is not a learning ECU. Is that true? If not; how do you reset it?

The easy way to reset the ECU is to disconnect the Negative Terminal of the battery for about 5 min. Then just put it back on the battery and drive off. I heard it takes anywhere from 100 to 300 miles for the ECU to adjust.

I decided at this time not to reset the ECU. I did notice two things on my way to work this morning. These things may be just in my head; but, I swear things have changed.
1st- I have the RM Racing cat-back exhaust and w/ the top up the cabin resonates badly at some speeds and when the throttle is lifted at certain RPMs. This has gone away since installing the header.
2nd- I V-TEC'd 4-5 times on my 30 mile trip to work and the abrupt transition has gone. The car pulls every bit has hard as it did pre-header install; but, the v-tec kick isn't as pronounced as it used to be.
Any ideas on my 2 initial findings?
