Spoon V.S. Rick

Spoon V.S. Rick
Without the price being the question. Would a Spoon header be better than Rick's? Rick's copied the mugen ap1 design, with that in mind. i have an ap2, would the gains be more, same goes for the spoon? I am not a welder and i don't really know anyone who is, so i would like the fact that rick's comes with brackets for the stock heat shield.
If anyone with these headers would give me their feedback/opinions would be grateful!!!
Thank you,
Alan

A lot of brain power has been spent on this header question. There are a hand full of headers that are effective, split into two categories.
1) Headers appropriate for stock ecu: Toda, Mugen 2.2, Tracy Sports.
2) Headers appropriate for tuned ecu and high flow exhaust: All the above plus J's Racing and Hytech (to be determined, but should do nicely).
Some people have had decent results with a Berk header when all the supporting mods are done: tuned ecu, test pipe and exhaust. But still not as good as the one's listed above.
The stock header isn't a bad piece.
