I've got the NRG(no heatshield) ETD and Puddymod bracket. Pricing:
- Puddymod bracket: $65 shipped.
- NRG ETD with heathsield EDA-403 $85
- NRG ETD without heatshield EDA-402SL $68

I went with Spoon mounts for trans, motor and diff. I've had them on for about a year. Before "break-in" there was noticeable NVH at start up. Now I don't even notice it.

Installation by a friend of mine went smoothly, basically plug and play like OEM.

I'm unsure about current Yen to USD exchange rate, but I got them direct from Japan via RHDJapan. Less mark up from US dealers and take advantage of exchange rate.

Also went with Spoon mounts just because it included the trans mount as well. Ballade makes nice stuff but can't comment on their engine mounts since I don't have them.

I'm curious to know more about the ETD benefits? Could someone please clarify? I've heard mixed things about them... Some say they are unnecessary but now I'm seeing they are supposed to be good for the engine mounts?

Good choice with Spoon mounts. I have them on one of my cars as a replacement as well. It's been a few months now. They will increase vibration especially when using AC at idle. You kinda get used it. The vibration does get lower over time. That's been my experience. Would I buy again - yes. As mentioned the trans mount is a great addition. With Spoon mounts in place I don't see why you would want an ETD which doesn't do much in comparison to these mounts.

Stabilises the engine from the top acting like a third "mount". Better transfer of power to the wheels. Some say you get more of the push back into the seat feeling with it. Preserves existing mounts/strengthens them. Improves shifting feel at high rpm especially. I have yet to run one myself to see all these benefits personally. I really want one.

Spoon is a good choice period I want/need more Spoon in my life!
Yeah I'd agree that if the Spoon mounts are stiffer than OEM minimising engine movement then the ETD is not really necessary in that case.

I’d also assume that new OEM mounts with the ETD would be the best of both worlds for compliance sake. Less movement allowing you to preserve the integrity of the OEM mounts for longer as well as less vibration from the OEM filled mounts

Spoon is legit! I installed them on 2 cars already and they're truly OEM + reinforced trans bracket is icing on the cake.
