So here's my situation. I really want a t1r dual but I feel kinda silly in changing out my header and exhuast while keepin the ride height the same. I'm not interested in lowering my car. Does anyone run their cars modded out but still at stock height?

Also, at what point do you need a tune? I found a thread on it in the past but search isn't working

My plans are to get
k&n fipk
t1r dual w/ tp
header( don't know what yet)

Yea I want to keep the stock wheels. Just don't want to alter a suspension that already handles great

stock height looks so wack, plus it does handle better when lowered.
but if you dont wanna lower it then dont, its your car to mod how you want

I have an aftermarket completely height adjustable set up and I am a whopping.7 inches lower than stock. I like the stiffness and sharpness, but just couldn't go low based on where I live. I think a mild drop looks great, and evens out the wheel gap all around the fender.

It's your car, do whatever makes you happy.

Avatar is crazy hot.

u can read my signature and say i am basically modded. i am currently at stock height, i like it for its practicality because my town has a lot of bumps everywhere and my g/f drive way is steep. but i would think a mild drop (.5-1in) would be good.

when should u get a tune? when u get done modding for performance. to get the most out of all your mods, u need a tune. because, you u cant get a tune before u added a new part, u wont get the most out of that part or the car.

sounds like a good mod list. decided wether or not you want to get a header before you do any kind of tune. a tune will yeild you the most power out of yours mods. i like a mild drop about an inch. better stance and i do like it on stock wheels with a spacer front and rear.
