Thumbs up steering hub and wheel setup?

ok im planing on changing the hub and steering wheel to a NRG Quick Release 2.5 hub and a keys racing 320-350mm wheel. my biggest concern is that i like where my steering wheel is located and i dont know weather to go with the hub and a flat wheel or the hub and a dish style wheel. i assume the the NRG hub is shorter than the stock hub but how much shorter(if so)?. so if anyone is running the NRG 2.5 hub could chime in and let me know how they like it and if they could confirm if it is shorter than the stock hub i'd appreciate it. heres what i plan on running
HUB

FLAT STYLE WHEEL(which looks like it could even come back alil, and the NRG hub looks alil shorter)

heres the dish style wheel

couple advice for you:

the oem colume actually sunk in a good inch or two, depend on what hub you use you might need to get a spacer or qr to get it sit right. if you have a standard 3 inch hub, your finger will hit the signal thingie when you turn the wheel.

and the two set up you posted: they sit way too close than what i like, you can't even signal without taking your hands off the wheel

bump... i have been looking at this myself and would also be interested in the answer...

Seems it's better to have the wheel a little closer towards the body (look at the rally/race cars)

Go with the flat and if it's too far (they usually are) just get a spacer. Buy it or get one made. Here's what I have on my car (not an s2000 but you get the point). 60mm, I also usually throw on another 10mm for track days on top lol.

Also is it pretty easy to get Torx replacement bolts for these wheels etc?? As I just HATE using normal Allen keys for those types of bolts!!

As long as you know the thread pitch/size then it should be easy, granted its a normal pitch/size.

The nrg 2.5 QR + the worksbell short hub with a flat wheel is a little bit longer then OEM. No more then a half an inch though.
