Default Steering Wheel Spacing Issue

I just got around to installing my Works Bell short hub along with my Sparco P310 steering wheel. Only issue being the steering wheel is way to close to the dash. There's not enough room to get your hands around the wheel turning it (hits wiper controls ect). My question is, I probably need a good one inch of spacing and those seem to run about 60 ish. Would a NRG quick release mount right onto the works bell hub/sparco wheel? Figure I may as well pay an extra 30 for the quick release function vs the spacer.

Yes, the NRG QR will work with the hub/wheel, assuming both have a 6 bolt pattern.

Did you buy the short version of the hub? There is one that is meant to be used with just a wheel and one for a QR.

Yeah I got the short version. Picked it up used and I didn't realize that I needed a quick release or spacer with it for it be out far enough to be used. My NRG quick release comes today so hopefully that solves the issue.

It will solve your issue and then some. My wheel sits far from the signals. I like the wheel position now.
