Looking to get around 300hp, but that all comes with time and money. Also just for a daily driver to spank stangs ect.. Thanks for the input and help. Let me know what's best for more hp and not so costly "Vortech SC". Thanks!

You won't be able to get 300hp flywheel NA without spending more than you would to have a 600whp turbo built for your car. Spending around $5k on bolt-ons plus tuning might get you to 260-265hp flywheel.

You can try nitrous...but that would only give bursts of power and the number of bursts is limited by the size of your nitrous bottle.

The cheapest way to get 300hp flywheel will be something like a Greddy turbo kit.

flywheel hp?? you mean Dyno-pack. He could achieve 300hp on a stock pulley from a vortech or comptech s/c system no problem.
...or in fact..

he can just put on an intake and have church automotive dyno it. it should read 300hp no problem

okay but to be serious lol. you say you don't want to spend much money for achieve 300hp. Whats your budget First of all??? that way anyone here can tell you if your capable of even affording boost Safely

The OP said hp...so that is flywheel.

Dynapacks read hub or bhp (brake hp). Roller dynos (DynoJet, etc) are whp.

Budget would be 5k and under right now since I'm starting school this fall. So more saving has to be done.

So it comes down to it. A S/C or a Turbo? For daily driving purposes a turbo would be more reliable and cheaper, but if I want continuous power it would go to a S/C. What Do you guys think between the two? Pros and Cons? Thanks again!!
