That's a bad thing to have raspyness right? Maybe I'll have to consider putting stock cat on too!!! Damn.

The Asura ovals; but if you can't handle the noise of the comptech then you definitely can't handle the Asura

Just checked out the Asura and the oval tips still don't seem to look as good as stock AP2 tips. Thanks for the recommendation though.

It'll be too much work to weld on stock tips to my CT-Engineering cat back.

I have a PLM header, Berk HFC, and stock catback. I also have the K&N FIPK intake. Car sounds throaty in VTEC but civilized throughout the RPM range. I don't feel like a ricer jumping on it to 9k like I did before with my Q300. In my opinion, the S should sound and flow like this from the factory. I love it the way it is now and plan on keeping it this way. Casual street driving is identical to stock.

^I run a AEMv2, PLM header, Berk TP, and stock exhaust. Perfect for an everyday street car.

get the HKS hi power dual with the stock cat. you can weld ap2 oem tips over the HKS tips ,they fit perfect.

pretty quiet with the stock cat. thats relative tho

Did you guys notice a loss in power after switching back to the stock exhaust? I've got a K&N intake, PLM header, Berk 70mm HFC and Q300 (dyno tuned w/VAFC) and I'm contemplating going back to stock exhaust. I don't want sacrafice too much power but want my car back on the quieter side.

I had the the k&n intake, PLM header, Berk HFC, and Invdia q300. I went back to 100% stock and didn't feel that much power loss. So I'm happy
