Default Swapping Steering wheels

so i recently saw a integra type r steering wheel that i think would really look good with my interior (all red). but i am not sure if its compatible, my question is, are they swappable? here are some pics

yes EK9 (civic type R) and S2000 are same hub spline. Airbag system will not be compatible.

That is a safety issue and I cannot answer that question. SRS systems are designed a certain way to work with certain componants.

Wouldnt you lose all the cruise control functions as well? why dont you just paint the "H" emblem on the stock steering wheel rather than go through all that trouble

i alwayes wanteed an ap1 wheel in my insight.. i think theyr the same thing.. one is just not leather wrapped hehe...

Going along with what AMS MIKE said, changing the SRS components is only asking for trouble. Especially trying to wire one airbag into a different vehicle than what it's made for. Since it's coming from an Integra it may be bigger than the S2K airbag, and if you were able to wire it in properly and have it work, then you get into an accident the bigger size would do more damage to you since it's made for a larger interior vehicle. Understand what I'm saying, I know I kinda ran everything together just then...lol.
