sway bar effects the height?

Beat me to it, I was going to say let it settle, but reading further, he is saying that it is lower than it was previously. If it needed to settle I would assume it was higher. On another note, I am never surprised by some Americans atrocious grasp of spelling, grammar, and sentence structure.

Sway bar "affection"? Really?!
Sway bars don't affect ride height. No way it could raise the front of the car. Improperly installed, with a fair amount of preload, effectively unloading one front and loading the other, it is conceivable that it could raise one side while lowering the other side a like amount.
Regarding wheel gap, most cars will have more gap up front than in back, because the front wheels are steered and more clearance is required (i.e., front wheel opening has a larger radius). Not sure if this is the case for the S2000, but that might be it. Measure the hight from ground to the bottom of the sides of the chassis just outside the seam behind the fronts and in front of the rears and see what that looks like.
