so i just bought the t1r sparrow 63mm dual exhaust and the t1r power header but i havent gotten them installed yet cuz i live in one of the coldest parts of canada and currently my car is hibernating for the winter. i dunno if i plan on running this with my stock CAT or a high flow CAT. my question is how much hp and torque could i possibly gain with a stock CAT compared to a high flow CAT. oh, and any suggestions on a high flow CAT???

 

well, i dont really know the exact numbers but i had a k&n fipk and tp and dyno at 197 sae corrected, and then i took the k&n off and put the oem box on and got the t1r power header and the a 70 mm dual inividia and got 207 whp sae corrected. so some where between 10 to 13 whp
