Okay, I finally got around to installing my T1R header. I did a datalog on Jun 30th, then another datalog on Jul 19th and the results looks pretty good!

Follow the link for a couple of e-dyno charts:
http://flashprotuning.com/edyno/alspeed2k/...7-s2000-kn-fipk

The datalogs were taken on different days/times, but oh well, it's the best that I could do.

I did have fitment issues with my header in the fact that the mountingbside was not flat, resulting in an exhaust leak. I called evasive and they contacted T1r who sent me a thicker gasket that came in an ajracing box lol. The gasket looked real good and i wonder why i was unable to find it for sale anywhere. I plan on using my friends mill/laithe to flatten the face just to put my mind at ease.

Mine was installed at A&J, I bought the OEM gasket for them to use, but they used their own gasket to install on my car (no complaints from me ). I didn't get to take a close look at it though.

Damn, that thing is running RICH. Are you running a canned tune, or did someone tune it that way?
Yeah, I don't know why it's running so rich. For the e-dyno, I was using the AEMv2 calibration that came with the FP. I reflashed to the Toda tune and it seems just as rich. I've done a few logs just driving around and the AFR is great, but when doing 3rd gear pulls, that's when it runs really rich. I would like to get it dyno tuned but don't know of any good local tuners with knowledge on the Flashpro and S2000s. I've started to read up on tuning using the FP though. Like you suggested in one of your threads, I plan on reflashing the car to the "Tuned" calibration and start there. Any suggestions on how to adjust the AFR in the short term though?

What is your long term fuel trim in the datalogs? You might want to try the stock tune to see how it looks for comparison. I suspect that the Hondata tunes may all run rich.

I did my own tune, and basically had it running at about 14:0 at 2k RPMS and worked it to about 13.2 at 8.5k. When I dyno'd my car my local tuner said my AFR's were "right on the money" for what it's worth.
