T1R is Taiwan in case you didn't know. Many people mistaken them as Japanese. I mean who cares? It's a brand most would agree best for the bang to spend on.

T1R has some great quality parts, but I would definitely go with the J's due to the proven numbers.

do you have/use a vented hood? the reason I ask is because j's header does not have heat shield like oem header. Thus, high heat issue might causes premature failure of engine component parts such as battery, electrical sensors, and other silicone hoses, ect... Having a vented hood will let most of the heat escape through the vent. My j's header will be arrived to my door next week from n1concepts.com, I am in the process of buying an asm with naca duct vented hood or temporary cut 2 vents out of the oem hood near the battery and brake/clutch side

get them ceramically coated. they wont discolor and keep more heat in, which allows better flow
