Yeah we put wd-40 on the hangers. The hardest part was the curve in the hangers on the stock exhaust. The bolts came off fairly easily after some work to them. Compared to my friends 350z that I also helped take the exhaust off last weekend, the S2000 was a piece of cake.

Try water instead of WD40 - the petroleum in it -might- cause the rubber hanger to corrode over time.
