its just alittle bouncier, for the most part i am really like them, it really makes the car look alot more aggressive. Omalley that is strange, are you completely sure that they are on correctly because that sounds fishy. But yeah take a look at the other fellows s2k on this thread, that way you can see for your self. again i am happy with the purchase

IIRC, 00-01 springs were pretty close to the S tech's 300/360.

If it helps .. yesterday I drove 02SebringSilverS2K with these springs and it felt great! It rode just like stock but will noticably less body roll. and the hight with 17's look very good. It looked to be about a 1.2 inch drop (give or take) and looked very even all the way around.
