I disagree w/ a few above that say there is no tin can type sound. I think there is definitely a tinny sound w/ the stock exhaust and TP. It sounded terrible.

 

i guess its a matter of opinion. IMO it gives the stock exhaust a slightly deeper tone.

 

more of a G35 exhaust sound with just the test pipe on a stock s2k exhaust.

G35 is a pretty accurate way to describe the slightly deeper more hollow sound.

Berk is definately a great piece, I made 6whp with just the test pipe and stock everything else with stock exhaust on back to back dynos, it also comes with the CEL fix. With the berk header and test pipe im at 212whp still with the stock exhaust. Car sounds nice and deep too. Not bad for an AP1 A test pipe is definately the best bang for the buck.

How is this testpipe compared the T1r 63mm with CEL fix? Will it throw a CEL on an 06+. From what I heard all these testpipes throw CEL's?
