I have a 70mm Invidia on my02 and it hasn't thrown a check engine light or anything. i am very happy with it. as long as it isn't a restriction you will be fine. your header's collector is the biggest restriction in most free flowing exhaust systems (Cat being the most restrictive part. also not including downpipes etc)

Sounds great, a lot more refined than my skunk2 megapower was... my ears bleed just remembering it.

I run a Berk header and Hytech 3" test-pipe with mine. No complaints.
