Hello!

A friend of mine recently got a 75mm HKS Single exhaust and is looking at getting a test pipe. He, just like myself, is an exhaust nub. Ideally from reading and research on this forum, it would be best to match up a 75mm test pipe. However, I've read that some of them don't fit the HKS Single worth shit and they are $200 anyway.

What are some of you guys using on your 75mm HKS Singles? 70mm? What brands fit? Again, I have no idea how this stuff works so please be gentle! Thanks!

 

I used a 70mm test pipe when I had my HKS. Go with ASURA 3" test pipe.

I have invidia 70mm on with my HKS single, sounds beast

Unless the collector on your header is 75mm there is no harm in using a 70mm test pipe as the header is still the smallest part of the exhaust.

I have a ultimate racing 3" to bolted to mine.

 

I dynoed my AP1 with 70mm test pipe and the HKS single and it put down 204.3whp. I wonder if it would have put down more with a 3" inch test pipe

 

I have a 3" Asura HFC and I love it! Wow it sounds good! I didn't really care about the power it's an exhaust -____-
