Yes titanium is pretty brittle so it will happen sooner or later.

Anything and everything titanium in relation to exhaust has weld breaks.

I expected better from the around $300 Arvou test pipe, this looks like poor quality like the early Amuse or any Tomei products.

M&M Honda Racing make a $600 titanium test pipe: https://www.mandm-honda.com/shop/pro...EjzyLKHntwlke8

Evasive has been running a couple of their shop cars with Origin Fabrication exhausts with no issues for quite a while

I think Origin also has a test pipe jig and could do one out of Titanium. That Arvou one broke maybe because of the weld quality but definitely because of how they mounted the bung to the tubing. You need to do it differently for something with as thin of a wall as titanium.

That extended o-2 sensor bung at a 90-degree angle put added stress on the test pipe, likely causing it to fail even earlier.

Whatever that 90 degree adapter bit is definitely didn't help.

Default FIXED

I won't install it anytime soon, so it will be a while until I update if the fix holds.
