Doesn't Toda make ASMs headers? Is there much difference between these two, besides price?

Visually, ASM adds reinforcements.

 

newer toda model "torque" header is not the same as the previous toda model, asm has a thick gasket built-in the open pipes

in my opinion, for the $$$ analysis the newer toda is probably a better choice. And for that amount of $$$ comparision of an asm header, I would get a hytech header.

I have a j's racing header and I would said it is second best after the hytech header
