Trunk Options
**** Seibon.
My friend bought a hood from there that simply DID NOT FIT, it was 2" shorter that the stock hood leaving everything exposed, we called them and they said we were simply wrong. I don't know where it's going from here. But customer service was poor as hell.

Here is a link to the pictures of the trunk mounted. I was a little disapointed. Trunk seems thin on the top suface and the edges will need to be painted. the surface finish is ok, but it could use a wet sand and buff. the front edge of the trunk sits up higher than the body line and will need to be sanded down. a few of the edges need to be modified so they do not hit the body when lined up properly. i can not install any of the trunk springs, as it will reduce the fit quality. there are a few small imperfections in the weave, but they are not that noticeable. This is my first exp. with carbon parts, so I am not sure if this is better or worse than others.

Well, for those interested, the trunk has lasted about 2 years and the top section has started to delaminate for the bottom half. I had the paint the trunk in hopes that it would seal the cracking in the front edge. Still cracking, and the boy tells me that the whole front edge needs to be re-fiberglassed or it will continue to separate. For the money, I would not purchase this again. I may just fix my factory trunk and mount it back on the car.
