are the holes for the rear wing the same for the trunk spoiler?

i have a spa trunk spoiler that i want to get rid of and put the ap2 rear wing on in place of it, but i dont want the holes to show, will the wing just fit perfectly with the holes that are already in my trunk? or will i have to drill new/cover up old holes?

They don't match. You'll need to have the old holes filled and drill new holes for the AP2 wing.
