I've had very good experience with VIS, owned 2 of their hoods and 1 of their trunks. Never have faded or warped even when left in the sun for many hours each day. Fitment is not bad as well.

Seibon fitment is great once you take the time to adjust it a few aren't good even after adjustment. but every VIS hood i've seen has had great fitment. also i've seen some VIS hoods that are 6 or 7 years old and have been exposed to the elements and sunlight and still look like new.

The problem seibon is most of their hoods that i've seen...will fade in a short amount of time after being exposed to the sun etc. I don't know if its all of their hoods, but a majority that I've personally seen and heard of will have faded.

I like my VIS CF hood...fitment's not bad, takes a bit of adjusting, but so does any hood you install - that's just the nature of bodywork.

I'm the 3rd owner of the hood and there're no faded spots after however many years in the desert.

This is after 1.5 years parked outside all day every day in blazing hot North Texas weather. What are you talking about?

I have had a vis and a seibon, both were pretty good fitment the vis bolted right up and lined up, the seibon a little bit of adjusting.

FTR: I wax my hood every 2-3 weeks just incase that sun burns extra hot in florida.
