VIS hood here! No problem whatsoever. I try to wax mine often though.

I have a vis j's style hood. Had a few issues but overall I am pleased.

Issues:

Windshield washer holes were not cut quite right, on my seibon the washer jets pushing in like oem, on the vis either the material was a hair too thick or the hole a hair too small. The wings on the jets didn't want to clip into place, but after some significant effort with a screwdriver to pull them through and spread them out, they fit well and stay in place perfectly.

Hood prop hole is on the wrong side Not a big deal as the crease around the vents holds the hood prop in place nicely with no slippage even when bumped reasonably.

For the j's style hood there is no intake hump (even though the picture on the website showed that there would be) however this is not a problem for me since I did not intend on getting the j's or mugen style intake piping and so it actually made the hood have a cleaner look.

No issues with fitment, had to adjust the hinges slightly but that is true for all aftermarket hoods (at least everyone I've dealt with).
