I will admit to not quite understanding titanium shift knobs. If you want it to be light, you can make it out of aluminum. If you want it to be heavy, you can make it out of steel like a normal person. So why titanium? So that you can say that your shift knob is made out of that stuff they use on the space shuttle?

yes, ti in this application is purely for aesthetics / bragging rights.

i have the voodoo ti knob, and i concur with the above--definitely one the best and easiest mods possible. the extra weight makes the shifts a little smoother. aluminum is probably too light.
