Default Water temp gauge

I just installed some new gauges in my car and have all the other senders sorted out, i just need to figure out where i can get a water temp reading. i know i can use one of the coolant hose adapters that are out there, but id really rather not. The stock water temp sender is under the intake manifold at the back and i originally thought i would tee off there and use the stock location and just have both senders there, but it looks like i wont have enough room to so that. so, what are my other options?

Thanks in advance

I wouldn't want to use the inliine adapter either, since it will reduce flow. Honestly, I would just use the temp guage for something more usefull, like oil temp.
