weight saving help

Default weight saving help

what is the weight saving difference by going from a soft top convertible, to say a mugen carbon fiber hard top. curious to know

If I remember correctly, they both cancel each other out. The soft top including motors and everything was around the same weight as the Mugen Hardtop and Hardware.

I think it saves around 30 pounds depending on which window you get glass or plexi it can differ a little

I forget where I tihnk in racing someone kept their softop but removed the motors, something like 20 pounds?
