Default What else do I need to do RED interior swap on my GPW?



RED extended floor mats from eBay





Gonna replace all the TAN parts with RED!

i have,

1. Red/Black Door Panels (2)

2. Red Seats w/rails (2)

3. Red Carpet (2)

4. Red Extended Floor Mats (2)

i am planning on using the hardware that came in my car.

is there anything else i need to do the conversion?

on the center console cover, you would need the red or black christmas tree tabs is the only thing i can think of. the ones you have would be tan if im not mistaken?

you're talking about those plugs that hold the center console to the carper?

if so, i think, u are right! thanks a bunch!

just googled some pictures and they are color-matched to the interior.

can i get them from a Honda dealer? and anybody know the part number?

yea those are the ones im talking about. you should be able to get them at the dealer. http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...gry5=FLOOR+MAT look at 27 and 28. think those are the ones and they come in the 4 diff colors

Also, those tree clips that hold the interior are REALLY expensive for what you get. I changed mine from red to black, and a certain parts rep wanted like $40 for a handful of them. I laughed at him, came back the next day so I could talk to another parts rep, and he gave me them for $2 total.

you need the all red door panels to count, door sill plates, and passenger air bag cover (usually the dash doesn't come with it unless you're lucky)

i dont want the ALL RED interior

just some of the parts red,

red carpet, red seats and red/black door panels!

I think you have everything. You can get a red shift boot and ebrake handle if you like that.
