WHAT HEADER IS THIS?

found this at a local tuner shop they have no idea what it is... but it is ceramic coated pretty decent welds... my best guess from searching it looks like a megan...

it should have a nameplate tac welded onto it near the top. if it doesnt you can count on it being a Ebay fake. I dont think anyone would go through the trouble or finacial hit of prying off a "mugen" stamp label.

I've never seen anything like that, it's no brand name. Personally I think it looks like crap, I wouldn't take it if they gave it away for free. The secondaries look like they are crimp bent, not even mandrel bent, and the connections look terrible. yuck.
