depends on your build, your post is way to generic and lacks any sort of information to base anything from.

if the dyno man ask you what is the maximum rpm we can set the car....does it make any difference if aspirated? turbocharged? supercharged?
just asking.....in my case its aspirated stock.

What year car? AP1 is 8,800 IIRC and AP2 is 8,200. Is this the end of the graph for the dyno? If so, then in theory you could just use 10k and fall off at what ever your fuel cut is. I'm not us on dyno use, but it seems like you're just asking for the maximum before fuel cut.

9000 RPM for an AP1
8000 RPM for an AP2

Note that AP2s can take 8500rpm, but only if "tuned". The fuel cutoff with intervene before this on a completely stock car. What that fuel cutoff is, I'm not entirely sure (8300rpm?). Regardless, you won't make enough additional power between redline and fuel cutoff on an AP2 to worry about it. For dyno purposes, just stop at 8000rpms.

BTW, all cars are aspirated. If they weren't, they'd all choke. Your's is Naturally Aspirated specifically.
