I want to buy the J's Racing Air Duct, but they wrote that the performance bar has to be removed. I don't know what it is?

its a cross beam infront of the car. looks like a strut tower bar but in the nose of your car

I never dismount the Front

 

Look like the one in the trunk. You have to take off the front bumper to see it.

 

no you dont...not if you ahve an ap2 front end


get infront of your car, lay down on your side and look ingo the opening in the bumper...there is a body colored bar in there you can reach it/remove it with the front of the car still attached to the car. i did it like...11 times.
