Default What type of shifter knob?

I found this pic online and wanted to know who makes this shifter knob? It looks pretty good, does anyone know who makes it or anyone that looks similar to it?

thanks

Razo is correct. I"m not personally a fan, I'd recommend a countersunk knob to shorten up the throw a little. If you got with that Razo it actually looks like that will make your throw longer. To each their own.
