Lowering makes a HUGE difference, you could keep standard wheel, maybe space them out and powdercoat... then exhaust... Intake isn't necessary I would spend $$$ on a new Ipod ready headunit and a pair of nice speakers....

You can do the whole i/h/tp/e etc but it will gain you maybe 20whp at the most. For the same amount or less depending on brands you can get a used ctsc kit which will gain you 100-200whp depending on add on's. If I did it all over again that would have been my first purchase. Now I can't get myself to part with the other mods I've bought since I like them but definitely don't see many gains with them.
