My moddication shift knob is still the best mod I have ever done. The weight and shorter throw make shifting like butter. It is well worth it.

+1. Big improvement over stock. 4 times heavier than stock , just falls into gear.

Ditto. Love the cost x benefit of the Blox. Probably the best $40 I've spent on the car. Shifting is a lot quicker with the heavier knob.

Yep the 60 I spent on a Moddiction mod has been one of my favorite mods. Makes shifting, which we do countless times, much more enjoyable. Weighted= smoother shifts, plus its countersunk so it'll sit about an inch lower than stock (the round spherical one will anyways) so the shifts are shorter.

Save a few bucks and get one non-engraved. Looks better IMO and really not necessary. Brand probably unimportant so go for style/price.

Worth is always highly subjective no matter what the topic. No one can tell you if it's worth it to you. You'd have to try one to answer your question. I consider my Voodoo Ti worth it. YMMV as with any subjective matter.

I live in West Texas, so is it worth paying $100 to burn my hand every time I drive my car? Not really. My first AP1 came with an ARC knob, but that lasted about a week before I got rid of it for a stock AP2 knob. Now I have a stock AP2 with a knob sock made for it so I dont burn my hand on the top part.

I have the Voodoo Ti and i live in Alabama. Top almost always down, my seats get hotter than the knob. The thick clear coat on the knob really keep temps down on it. I personally hate most factory knobs due to having stitches/leather/crevices that fill up with sweat/dirt/dead skin over time and thye just get nasty. Kinda like the center console it just builds up a residue.

Obviously shifting feel is improved like others have stated.

Also, im by no means wealthy but man if $100 is a lot of money for you to spend on your car, then maybe you should pick a different car. Hardly anything can be done on these cars for $100. Gotta pay to play.

I have one of these on my t5 shifter, when I sell the car I'll be keeping the knob since they are really nice and hope it will fit my S (when I get one)

Mine is actually green with a black scorpion (any one know what the thread pitch and size is?)
