White gummy mirror adhesive?
Not sure the right category for this inquiry so starting here...
In the process of installing the Spoon side mirrors and while removing the OEM glass I really like the white adhesive Honda uses to attach the glass as it is secure but can be removed if needed with some heat.
Anyone know what that stuff is? It is like super stick blue tack and I see several uses for so wondered if anyone knew what it was or an equivalent product?

I have a solid assortment of adhesives that would work I just happen to really like the properties of that white gummy stuff and would have use for it in other applications so looking to see if it is available. I saw that Hondabond 4 is described as a semi-drying but not sure if it is the same as permanently gummy...
I replaced my driver’s side mirror with a JDM convex mirror ( what would be installed on a RH drive car but does not have the stupid lettering: Objects are closer…..)
I scrapped off as much as I could of the white material from the stock mirror and re-used it. Works great as is.

In my desire to make any mods I make easily reversible I bought spare mirror pieces and swapped out them out for the Spoon mirrors in the same way where I was able to salvage the white sticky putty and reuse it but I have plenty of other applications outside the S2000 work that could benefit from this adhesive so if anyone comes across it let me know.
