Anybody know where I can get a good deal on a windshield, preferably made by honda? thanks!

 

I may have gotten a good deal because I'm in the military, but Safelite came on the AFB and installed one for $242. The work was top notch and the installer was very professional (even working into the night). The glass wasn't Honda, but it has all the DOT markings on it and they assured me it would pass inspection over here in Germany. My insurance (USAA) referred me to them, but they weren't involved with a claim or anything. I was very impressed with the service from them.

 

Yeah Safelite has repaired a couple of my windows before and they did a good job. I'd look to them. I thought windshields were usually covered by most insurance companies though? Or at least Safelite advertises that on their commercials.

 

Honda glass will be $500 for glass and $500 for install at a dealership. Sooo expensive

 

yea the insurance would cover it over $500 bc thats my deductible. guess ill try safelite, thanks guys!
