My only concerns would be thank the s2000 windshield is already small and that mirror would decrease frontal visibility. Probably no benefit with softtop up. Our mirrors are low in relation to the location of your head while driving. This is true for your passengers too. Staring at each other in mirror=awkward turtle

On the other hand. My friend has one on his subie with the stock mirror in place and a braodway mirror attached to the wink mirror and I think its awesome/hilarious.
