Ztec single exhaust cap....will i ever get it?
well i ordered this cap almost 3 weeks ago now. My card was charged and the website said they were in stock and usually ship out in 2 days. I have not heard a word from them... i left messages, sent IM, etc. I just want what i paid for. I know this guy is a busy person, but if you put up a website that lets people buy and pay for things then you are responsible for getting that item to the person. At very least shoot an e-mail or return a phone call. No one is that busy, and if they are then they shouldn't be running a website business on the side. I'm not trying to sound like a dick, but come on...not even an e-mail? i know people have waited over a month, but the website says its in stock. I'm sure they make a good product and hope maybe i'll get it some day. Can anyone shed some light? Again, i don't want to come off as an A$$ but if another company did this people would be pissed and demand their money back. I could at least get some BS about "we are working on it" or "its going out today".. but i got nothing.
but doesn't it bother anyone that this is how a business is run? side project or not. If you can set up a website that people can order from, you need to have some customer service.... what if someone doesn't know about s2ki and how ztec is notorious for this... they are going to be very pissed. thats just my point of view.

I contacted Ztec about a month ago to ask some questions and have never had a response. I since bought a second hand one at the NY Tech Day and brought it as luggage home to Aus.
