I really cannot think of anything reasonably cheap for me to do to gain hp.... i guess I will throw in my 4.77 gears and see how light I can get the car.... i was thinking for $2k-$3k if I could pick up another 20-30hp that woudl be great but........
Evo = 20hp gain with a ****ing $200 dynoflash.

Your car is already at impressive numbers for N/A.
It's going to take more like 5-8k to get higher than where you are due to the extensive amount of work you need to do.
Since it is track only i would highly recommend ITB's.
They have unparalled midrange gains and AMAZING throttle response.
You won't gain 20 peak hp, but you will gain 20 midrange hp!

itbs themselves are very expensive and will run you around 2-3K for the name brands like toda or hayward. you could buy OBX for $900 but many people have a lot against them since they are made in china. I, personally, am about to buy these...
tuning is also very hard since itb's force you to tune via alpha-n and cause your MAP and IT to be less accurate, if these sensors are present in the setup to start, which they usually are not, at lease in the brands i have mentioned. This makes your compensation maps very hard to develop and your setup very fragile under changing atmospheric conditions, if not tuned by someone who really knows there stuff especially with regards to alpha-n.
you see a lot of people install these and find miserable gains because of what i think is miserable tuning.
also make sure not to get itbs that are too big. many get itbs that are 50mm, just because they see them on the TODA car and forget that is a fully built car. check out the advice and faq part of the website on http://www.jenvey.co.uk/ I consider jenvey the unquestionable top shelf maker of itb's. according to their faq the s2k should have ~48mm itb's.
