That might be the header developed with URGE Designs.

looks like its a 4-1 header, looks nice. But the 4-1 header I had on my N/A s2k didn't have the best results

looks like a nice design but we haven't seen too many 4-1 drop-in headers that work really well on the S2000. This could be different but it seems like a good 4-2-1 is best for a daily driver unless you can spend time tuning for a 4-1. I dislike headers that use springs as they tend to fall off over time, can't they just weld the entire header ?.

Hey all, been busy setting up a few engine builds for international clients. We also have done some interesting running length testing for ITBs. The shop is really busy this month, so dyno time has been hard.

Yes, we commishioned ASP to produce this prototype header. The built a prototype 2 years ago, and tested it once. We called them up to see if they wanted to pick it back up again and work on some R&D. We are listed on their main page. The header on their site was built and shipped to a prominent S2KI poster and friend of URGE designs to test on their AP2. See box and sox below.

The results were not where we wanted them to be just yet. However, we are shipping to another S2KI member & friend of URGE designs this week to test on an AP1 to collect more data. The S2K header might be the best OEM designed header on the planet. I have still yet seen a header that makes significant gains everywhere. We are hoping to achieve that.

Prototype 2 is progress with a nominal parameter change. That should be tested as soon as another friend can bring their car in.

Once we are done you can buy it from URGE designs or ASP if you dont like me for whatever reason.

Maybe you should design an OEM replica that weighs a lot less
